What happens if I placed an order but used the wrong address?
If you have placed an order and used the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 24 hours therefore we cannot change the address once this has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure all of the correct details are entered.
If the order has been dispatched before the customer makes us aware of the wrong address, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the parcel.
If the parcel is returned to us, and you would still like your order, we will re-ship this to you, however, you would need to pay for the shipping costs.
If you would like a refund we charge a standard admin fee of £4 which will be deducted from your refund.
If you used one of our promotional offers and did not pay full price for shipping costs we will deduct a further £3.60 from your refund.
What happens if I miss my Parcel?
If you miss your parcel it is your responsibility to re-arrange a delivery date or collection from your local Royal Mail Collection Office. If you do not collect your parcel in a certain time range, the parcel will be sent back to us. You can contact us and we will re-send the parcel, however, you will need to pay for the shipping costs.
